    When using Augmentt's offboard feature in Engage it keeps the email address on the companies GAL (global address list). We've found this to be annoying on the client side since we have to manually go back in and remove them from the list after offboarding. Kind of defeats the purpose of using Offboard User.

    I sent this in a couple months ago to support and I'm surprised it hasn't been put in yet.
